Hi, I’m Anna Saucier.
I’m a Catholic, wife & mother of 3, and serve as a life and business coach for Catholic coaches, entrepreneurs, leaders, and change-agents. I am a Certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping) Practitioner, and Trauma-Informed Mindset & Emotions Coach.
The vision that burns in my soul is to see an entire generation of Catholics integrated in body, mind, and spirit; living, flourishing, and serving from peace and rest.
